An Insight Into the Course
Conceptualised and materialised 10 years ago, this course was suspended due to Covid-19 but revived again now. The complete programme consists of PART I and PART II.
By completing only the PART I of this course, you stand to gain knowledge about:
- Beginning of everything, a cosmological introduction (eastern and western perspectives).
- About quantum science, mysticism, shamanistic practices and the role of mystics.
- Human energetic auric fields, chakras, morphic and resonance fields and meditative practices.
- Application of Meditative flow-psychotherapy
- Concepts of the mind and consciousness
- And so much more.
What’s in it for you?
This therapy session aims to help individuals access a state of meditative flow, where they can:
- Gain insights
- Release emotional blockages
- Develop a deep understanding of self
- Learn to integrate body, mind, and spirit
- Promote acceptance and transformation
- Cultivate self-awareness and mindfulness
The concept of meditative flow involves a state of consciousness where individuals experience a harmonious state of mind. This state of mind is often associated with heightened creativity, relaxation, and a sense of timelessness. By guiding the attendees into this meditative flow, Jefferey Po helps them explore their inner landscapes, confront unresolved issues, and find pathways to healing.
